reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service, with back wages and all attendant and consequential benefits.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the matter has become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
