(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application has been filed to clarify paragraph 10 of the order dated 03.01.2022 in W.P.No.27138 of 2021, wherein it has been stated "videograph the area of the strong room inside and outside", to the effect that the said area may be directed to be covered by CCTV.

2. As prayed for by learned counsel for the applicant, paragraph 10 of the order is clarified as under:

"10. In view of the above, no discussion is required to be made and accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent State Election Commission to ensure compliance of the guidelines issued by them for holding free and fair election of the Urban Local Bodies in the State of Tamil Nadu. The State Election Commission would cover the election under the CCTV from the stage of nomination by the candidates, followed by the polling of votes and after the polling, the area of the strong rooms inside and outside should also be covered by CCTV, apart

from counting of votes and declaration of results thereupon. There will be no order as to costs."

3. With the aforesaid clarification, the application is disposed of. (M.N.B., CJ) (D.B.C.,J.) 16.02.2022 bbr Note:
