Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of land to an extent of 1776 Sq.ft, comprised in Survey No.237/21 situated at Panamarathupatti (Kallavi Village), Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to pass a suitable order within a stipulated time by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2021.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of land to an extent of 1776 Sq.ft, comprised in Survey No.237/21 situated at Panamarathupatti (Kallavi Village), Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to pass a suitable order within a stipulated time by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2021.

2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for Respondents 3 and 4 and Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader and the Additional Government Pleader is recorded. 4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 21.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
