J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file review application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:
