This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 2 & 4 to allot the house site situated at No.29, Bharathidasan Nagar, Athipattu West, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 058 to the extent of 900 sq. ft. in Survey No.524, Athipattu West, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District to the petitioner.

2. The issue that has been raised in this present writ petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P. Nos.2924 of 2020 etc. batch dated 05.04.2023. Consequently, the directions issued by this Court in the batch of writ petitions be equally applied to the present writ petition also.
