VELMURUGAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION NO.3575 OF 2021 IN CRL.RC.NO.1188 OF 2020 ANITHA THOMAS [ PETITIONER ] Vs M.P.SURESHAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted for furnish sureties passed in Crl.MP.No.8244 of 2020 in Crl.RC.No.1188 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BASKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed for extension of time for complying the direction of this Court passed in Crl.M.P.No.8244 of 2020 by order dated 16.12.2020.
It is pointed out in the said order that failing to deposit the amount specified therein, the order will be cancelled automatically. Therefore, there is no question of extension of time arises. Hence, the petition is dismissed. Further the Suspension of Sentence granted by this Court dated 16.12.2020 is automatically cancelled. The learned Magistrate is directed to execute the order.
