..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare that the action of the respondents herein in outsourcing the jobs/works performed by the casual workers who are members of the Petitioner Union in the Departments of Cargo Handling, Transport, Canteen, Stores and Purchase, Import-Export Cargo, Engineering, Security, Safaiwalas (Sweepers) in Engineering Departments, Domestic & International Terminal (Commercial), Cabin Crew (Operation) and Ground Support Complex as illegal and violative of Articles 14, 16, 21, 39 and 43 of the Constitution of India.
