The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to pay the arrears of subsistence allowance from 01.10.2009 till date in the post of Tahsildar (Social Security Scheme) with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that subsistence allowance upto July, 2020 was paid to the petitioner and the balance amount will be paid in due course. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not dispute the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader.
