O R D E R
Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter finally. Hence, by consent expressed by both learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed finally even at the stage of admission.
2. The prayer in the Writ Petition, for a mandamus directing the Director of Medical Education/R2 and Dean, Madras Medical College/R3 to return the original certificates of the petitioner submitted by her at the time of her admission in the Post Graduation Diploma in Gynaecology and Obsterics course during May 2016 in the 3rd respondent college, is liable to be granted in view of communication in Ref.No.3595.1/MEII(1)/2019 dated 10.02.2022 circulated by Mr.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate.
3. In the aforesaid communication, it is stated that as no posting order has been issued to the petitioner after completion of the course till date, R3 has been requested by the Director of Medical Education/R2 to return the original certificates to the petitioner.
4. Since the petitioner submits that she holds an appointment order directing her to join the post immediately, let the certificates be returned to the petitioner forthwith.
