ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 4....(b) the petitioner shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police, until further orders;" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.294 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.294 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025 is relaxed.
