This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned District Munsif, (Conferment of Criminal Jurisdiction), Ranipet, in Dis.No.584 of 2019 dated 05.04.2019.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.5362 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 27.07.2018, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.171 of 2015, within a period of six months. However, the learned District Munsif, (Conferment of Criminal Jurisdiction), Ranipet has sent communication dated 05.04.2019 in Dis.No.584 of 2019, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.C.No.171 of 2015 and sought further period of six months time to complete the trial in the said case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant six months time to complete the trial in C.C.No.171 of 2015 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 30.04.2019 vsn/mpa http://www.judis.nic.in
