This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to seek for possession of the pledged ornaments by the second respondent with the petitioner as mentioned in the seizure letter dated 01.02.2024 in FIR No.1 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police is not going to act upon the summons dated 01.02.2024 and that the respondent will take appropriate action in the course of investigation in accordance with law.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No Costs.
