O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.322 of 2015 pending on his file within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that as against one Mohan, she has initially lodged a complaint dated 18.08.2015 before the second respondent, who, in turn, directed her to submit the same before the first respondent. Accordingly, she has submitted a complaint on 03.09.2015 to the first respondent. Since no action was taken on the said complaint, she has approached this Court by filing a petition, which was disposed of by order dated 02.09.2015 directing the respondent police to conduct enquiry and register the case as expeditiously as possible and proceed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further, if cognizable offences are made out. Pursuant to the same, the first respondent has registered a case in FIR No.322/2015 for the offences under Sections 447, 427 and 506(i) IPC on 03.09.2015. Thereafter, no progress was made in the said case. Hence, this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct investigation and file final report in Crime No.322 of 2015 pending on his file, if not already filed, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
