ORDER
Challenging the case in Crime No.180 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and it has been closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the appropriate Court. It was further submitted that the RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant in RCS.No.05 of 2023 on 15.09.2023. In the light of the above, the criminal original petition is disposed of and it is open to the petitioners to file a protest petition before appropriate Court and workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
