ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's representations dated 4.11.2025 and 29.12.2025 seeking retention of teachers of five teaching posts and one physical education post of the 1st respondent's Department and to sanction the said posts to the petitioner's Vallalar Arivalayam Middle School, Kurinji Nagar,
Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District, which is a partially aided school, for teaching the students in Standards VI to VIII therein, with financial aid, within a specified time frame to be fixed by this court, and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 4.11.2025 and 29.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 4.11.2025 and 29.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

The matter is today listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in prayer portion and in first paragraph of the order dated 18.02.2026 made in W.P.No.5634 of 2026, inadvertently, it has been mentioned as 'Standards VI to VII', instead of, 'Standards VI to VIII' and prayed for appropriate orders.
3.Perusal of the order dated 18.02.2026 made in W.P.No.5634 of 2026 reveals that in the relevant portions, it has been mentioned as 'Standards VI to VIII'.
