ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition 6(a) in Crl.O.P.No.1269 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 directing him to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.NO.1269 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 is modified as follows:
"The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for period of one week and thereafter, appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." The other conditions imposed in the order dated 17.01.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.1269 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
