This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 04.01.2024 in Crl.MP.No.58 of 2024 to report before the respondent Police, weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court only during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
