In accordance with the request made by the Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Vellore, vide letter dated 16.08.2021 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court passed in W.P.No.24220 of 2010 dated 05.11.2019, the period to restore and decide the matter in I.D.No.24 of 2008, is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
