(CRIME NO.18 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Anticipatory Bail condition in Crl.OP.No. 23817 of 2021 order date on 20.12.2021 on condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent polcie every week wednesday at 10.30 AM until further order in Crime No.18 of 2021 on the file of respondent Police and thus render justice accordingly.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23817 of 2021, dated 20.12.2021 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 20.12.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.23817 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, on 1st day of every month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 24/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
