This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed against the petitioner by this Court concerned in Crl.M.P.No.13878 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13507 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months.
