Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for
the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned order dated 12.08.2010 Ref No.Rc.No.3047/IE2A/2003 and quash the same and all consequential proceedings and consequently direct the respondent authorities to grant sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Plot No.C-18, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai - 600 058 based on the recommendations of the 3rd respondent dated 16.09.1985 and the G.O.Ms.No.383 dated 19.03.1982 by applying the land cost value as of 1982 as per the procedure being followed to all similarly placed allottees prior to 2nd respondent's Board meeting held on 27.08.2008 within a time.

Mr.R.Venkatraman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Further, the learned counsel had also given a letter to the Registrar Judicial for listing the matter under the caption "for withdrawal".
