Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 5th respondent in his final order No. V-15014/4 BN NDRF (A)/Disc/Min-08/A.H/2013-1231 dated 10.07.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay all benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 5th respondent in his final order No. V-15014/4 BN NDRF (A)/Disc/Min-08/A.H/2013-1231 dated 10.07.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay all benefits.

2. It is seen that the petitioner died on 03.08.2019 and as such, the re-employment does not arise. Insofar as the other monetary benefits are concerned, they were already disbursed to the legalheirs of the deceased petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
