(CRIME NO. 615 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.1120/2022 dated 20.01.2022 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.ALEXANDER, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1120 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. In the petition, it is stated that the petitioner is regularly complying with the bail condition from 28.01.2022. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offence committed by the petitioner is punishable under Section 302 of IPC and the investigation is not yet completed. Therefore, the condition should not be relaxed.

3.
