O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in O.A.No.89 of 2015 in C.S.No.32 of 2015 has not been complied with. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the parties have already entered into a compromise and it has been filed in the suit. It was submitted that the compromise memo is yet to be taken up for hearing.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition and accordingly the same is closed. It is left open to the parties to move the compromise memo in the pending suit and get the decree passed in terms of the compromise memo.
