PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct proper enquiry and disclose the original facts and also alter the F.I.R. In Crime No.275/2017 dated:27.05.2017 by inserting the lorry bearing registration TN.21 Y BY 0446 ''Siddarth Transports'' on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 13.08.2017, 14.03.2018 and grand such other relief as deems fit to this Hon'ble Court.

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to alter the F.I.R by showing the actual registration number of the lorry which has involved in the accident. In this regard, the petitioner has also record made representation to the respondent police.

There shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent taken in to consideration the representation made by the petitioner and also documents submitted by the petitioner and mention the correct vehicle number in the F.I.R. and thereafter proceed further with the investigation.
