ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.M.Venkatakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Encroachment is alleged on Survey No.163/3C at Deviyakurichi Village in Thalaivasal Taluk of Salem District.

3. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the survey would be conducted on the said land and, depending upon the report of the survey, further action would be undertaken immediately.

4. In view of the said statement, no orders are necessary in the present writ petition. The writ petition, as such, is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.3380 of 2024 is closed.
