JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants is present. There is no representation for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that this appeal arises out of a partition suit in which the daughter-in-law is pitted against father-in-law. He added that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence he has instructions not to prosecute this appeal further. He has also made necessary endorsement for withdrawing this appeal.
