This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 202 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Notice to the 1st respondent already dispensed with.
3. Mr.C.Paranthaman, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and he has no serious objection for condoning the delay.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.
5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.2439 of 2025 is allowed.
6. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
7. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.C.Paranthaman, as counsel for the 2nd respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
