PRAYER : This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 1 and 2 respondents to execute the bailable warrant against the 3rd respondent issued by the learned Fast Track Court, (Judicial Magistrate Level), Dharmapuri in S.T.C.No.39 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 within stipulated period of time.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1 and 2 respondents to execute the bailable warrant against the 3rd respondent issued by the learned Fast Track Court, (Judicial Magistrate Level), Dharmapuri in S.T.C.No.39 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 within stipulated period of time. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner filed STC.No.39 of 2022 on the file of the Fast Tract Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Dharmapuri, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The third respondent is the accused in the case. Since third respondent did not appear, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Tract Court, Dharmapuri, ordered Bailable Warrant against the third respondent on 15.06.2022. Till now, the warrant is not executed. Therefore this petition. 3.In the circumstances stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the Bailable Warrant against the third respondent as early as possible, preferably within a period of 2/5
one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above observations and direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
