ORDER
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the workman filed a claim petition before the Labour Court in C.P.No.366 of 2015 and the issues between the management and the workman were settled in the said Claim Petition.
2.In view of the settlement of all the disputes, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition and accordingly the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
