The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the proceedings of the first respondent dated 9.5.2005, which relates to the revenue recovery proceedings.
2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that in spite of several efforts taken, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is unable to secure any instructions to get along with the case. Thus, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner has pleaded his inability to proceed with the case.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
