Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/accused is present before this Court and the defaco complainant also present (party-in-person). The defacto complainant admits that the jewels and sridhana articles belongs to his deceased daughter was received by him as per mediation.
