This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Special Court for the Cases under PC Act, Chennai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.2 of 2021 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Heard Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Special Court for the Cases under PC Act, Chennai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.2 of 2021 and complete the same, within a period of six (6) months.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
