This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.12.2017 and to investigate and to file a final report in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that the respondent police, on receipt of the complaint, issued C.S.R and thereafter, on completion of enquiry, closed the complaint on 07.03.2019.
