The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the warrant was executed and with regard to the same, a report was also filed by him. He further submitted that he had filed a memo seeking additional remuneration for a sum of Rs.30,000/-.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submitted that he has no objection to pay the additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/-.

3. Upon hearing the above submissions, this Court is inclined to fix a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration and also directs the applicant to pay the said amount to the Advocate Commissioner within two weeks from today (27.03.2023).

4. Since no further order is required, this application is closed.
