2. The petitioner herein has filed this Contempt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Petition stating that the respondent herein had disobeyed the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21808 of 2018

dated 10.09.2018.

3. This Court had passed an order in Crl.O.P.No.21808 of 2018 dated 10.09.2018 directing the respondent that if any complaint is lodged against the petitioner and if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence, then he can register a case and proceed in accordance with law and instead of doing so, he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner. Today, the respondent has appeared in person and filed a status report stating that after passing of the aforesaid order by this Court, he has not contacted the petitioner either in person or phone and he has not harassed the petitioner.

4. Since the petitioner has not appeared either through counsel or in person and also in the affidavit he has not specifically stated what kind of harassment has been meted out to him, accepting the status report filed by the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
