ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed to call for the records of the first respondent herein with respect to the undated notice in respect of the Document No.945/1999 and Document No.2343/2004 registered with the office of the first respondent herein and quash the same and direct the first respondent herein to return the Document No.945/1999 dated 24.05.1999 and Document No.2343/2004 dated 15.12.2004.

2. On 19.03.2019, when the Writ Petitions were taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner in the morning, hence, the matters were passed over to 02.15 p.m. in the afternoon. Even at 02.15 p.m. there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matters under the caption "For Dismissal" on 29.03.2019. Accordingly, when the matters are listed today i.e. on 29.03.2019 under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner even today. Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
