This Court, while disposing of the above Criminal Appeal on 09.06.2023 directed the trial Court to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.14 of 2022, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

2.Today, When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level (FAC), Coonoor through his letter dated 20.12.2023 has prayed for extension of three months time to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.14 of 2022 pending on his file, since the order passed by this Court dated 09.06.2023 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level (FAC), Coonoor, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further three months time to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.14 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level (FAC), Coonoor. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
