ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondent to furnish copies of the revenue records pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer of this petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that he is not in possession of the revenue records for the said property and the same is required for filing a civil suit. The

petitioner had given a representation on 24.11.2025 to the respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025, seeking for copies of the revenue records pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer of this writ petition, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
