Respondents Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the concerned records from the 1st and 5th respondents, quash the order of the 1st respondent bearing G.O.(3D)No.29, Public Works (F2) Department dated 02.12.2011 insofar as stating that the petitioner has become permanent employee of the 4th respondent for the period from 15.02.1995 to 31.08.1999 and the order of the 5th respondent dated 04.09.2014 bearing Pen 15/11/21506282/14-15 insofar as omitting to take the period of service from 15.02.1995 to 31.08.1999 for the purpose arriving at the pension payable as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondent Nos.
1, 2, 3 and 5 to arrive at the net qualifying service of the petitioner for the purpose of pension as 30 years and 12 days in terms of the order of the 3rd respondent dated 29.04.2014 in Lr.No.CA2/981/2012 and fix the basic pension on the basis of the last drawn salary of the petitioner as on 31.08.1999, pay arrears of pension and continue to pay pension on the basis of the revised pension.

Ms. Hemima, learned counsel representing Mr. Balan Haridas, learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that in view of the subsequent development happened during the pendency of this writ petition, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. Permission is granted.
2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
