2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
