Today, when the matter is called, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order of the Writ Court in W.P.No.33309 of 2018 dated 03.01.2019, a writ appeal in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.316 of 2020 W.A.No.19 of 2020 has been filed and the same is pending before the Division Bench of this Court.

While that being so, it would not be appropriate to proceed with the present contempt petition against the order of the learned Single Judge. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved even after disposal of the writ appeal, liberty is hereby granted to him to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
