It is seen that the case was posted for dismissal on two earlier occasions i.e. on 06.11.2019 and 08.11.2019. When the matter was called on 10.07.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption, "for dismissal". Eventhough the case is listed under the caption "for dismissal", even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court infers that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
