When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order of this Court by passing an
order dated 13.02.2018. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a copy of the order dated 13.02.2018. The learned Additional Government Pleader also furnished a copy of the order dated 13.02.2018 to the counsel for the petitioner.
2. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
