PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to offer police protection to the petitioner to remove the materials belonging to it lying in the factory of the 2nd respondent.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to give police protection to remove the goods from the factory premises.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that already in pursuant to the order dated 10.09.2005 passed by this Court, the 1st respondent has removed the raw materials supplied by the petitioner lying in the factory premises.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, nothing remains in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Petition Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
