This appeal relates to an order pertaining to the interim custody of minor children Uvais Karni and Ahamed Omar one was aged about 14 years and the other was aged about 13 years. It is stated that as on date, they have become major. Therefore nothing survives and the appeal is dismissed as become infructuous. No costs.
