This Court by an order dated 18.12.2012 directed the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. Though, a time limit is stipulated by this Court, it is not meticulously followed.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent stated that the order of this Court has been duly complied with and the representation of the petitioner was duly considered and disposed of by an order dated 15.03.2021 and the same was circulated to the Tahsildar on 15.03.2021.

Having regard to the peculiar circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to proceed with this petition since the order of this Court dated 18.12.2012 is duly complied with. 4.
