ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the pre paid taxi system operating in second respondent airport, as per letter dated 27.01.2010 of the third respondent.

It is seen that now the petitioner has sold out the vehicle. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. However, if the petitioner purchases any new vehicle, he can very well approach the second respondent seeking appropriate relief by an application. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed 2/5

to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
