2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had challenged the order dated 23.01.2026 passed in W.P.M.P.(Crl.)No.14 of 2026 in W.P.M.P.(Crl.)No.839 of 2025 in W.P.No.1791 of 2025 and 3/7
H.C.P.No.2754 of 2025 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Diary No.5538 of 2026, and the same came to be dismissed by order dated 30.01.2026.
3. It is further brought to the notice of this Court that, pursuant to the directions issued in paragraph 19 of the said order dated 23.01.2026, the petitioner had appeared before the Medical Board at Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital and the medical report has also been received by this Court.
4. In view of the above developments, particularly in light of the fact that the petitioner has already approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court challenging the order dated 23.01.2026 and the same has been dismissed, and further considering that the direction issued in paragraph No.19 of the order dated 23.01.2026 has already been complied with by the petitioner by appearing before the Medical Board, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in the present Review Petition. It is also noted that the main Writ Petition and the Habeas Corpus Petition have already been taken up for hearing and heard.
