2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that, the Petitioner passed away on 14.08.2020 and that, during his lifetime, all the benefits due to him were settled.

Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the entire amount due to the Petitioner has not been paid, it is open to the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner to claim the same, in accordance with law.
